Floy Qualls Blanchard, 78, of Scott passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012. She was a member of Somers Avenue Church of Christ. She loved to bowl and to fish "behind the house."
She is survived by her husband, Chester Blanchard; father of her children, Billy Joe Qualls; son, Billy Ray Qualls; three grandchildren, Halie Qualls, Lauren Freshour and Troy Qualls; one great-grandson, Thomas Becker; her twin brother, Loy Ray Epperson; step daughter, Vickie Chapman; step son, Carl Allen Blanchard; four step grandchildren, Grant and Taylor Chapman, and Kylie and Corbin Blanchard. She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Elpha Duckworth Epperson; two sisters, Lucille Morris and Lorene Bryce; and her son, Thomas Wayne Qualls.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be 2:00 p.m., Monday at Rock Springs Cemetery in Hector, Arkansas.
