Flo Ella Turner House of North Little Rock was born September 18, 1927, at Roe, Arkansas, the daughter of Lloyd Lester and Florence Dorothy Cruthis Turner. She died March 15, 2009, which was her mother?s birthday, at Springhill Baptist Hospital.
She was predeceased on March 2, 1984, by her husband and love of her life, Herman Eugene House. They were married, September 27, 1947, in North Little Rock after graduating from North Little Rock High School. They raised five children in the Rose City area of North Little Rock who survive her: Linda Kay House, of Little Rock, Phyllis Eugenia McGowan, of Ward, Ronald H. House of Jacksonville, Jeffrey Lynn House Sr. and wife, Kay, of Lonoke and Lydia Rae Lee, of Little Rock. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Lisa Jean Williams, Jeffrey Lynn House Jr., Jennifer Marie House and Michael Eugene Lee; two great-grandchildren, Anthony Southerland and Cody Shanks; and one brother, Robert L. Turner, of Benton.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday at Old Austin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
