Fay Nichols Phillips age 98 of Bismarck died Sunday, January 4, 2015. She was born April 4, 1916 the daughter of Lenard and Allie Whitfield Nichols. She was a member of New Beginnings Outreach Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jona Phillips, a daughter, Dorothy Jean Forsythe, a grandson, Nicholas Phillip Forsythe, five brothers, Clyde, Grover, Melvin, Max and Fred Nichols.
Survivors include one daughter, Kathryne Jordan of Bismarck, one brother, L. A. Nichols Jr. (Anna) of More Haven FL, 6 grandchildren, 9 grerat grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Graveside funeral services will be 2 PM Wednesday, January 7th in the Beaton Cemetery with Tim Jordon officiating. There will be no visitation.
