Farrell Griggs

Farrell Ray (Red) Griggs, Sr., 83, of Ward, Arkansas, died Tuesday, September 27, 2011. He was a retired car salesman and a musician. Farrell was an Army veteran.
He is survived by five sons, Skipper Griggs, Tony Griggs, Richard Fulks, Hank Griggs, and Harlan Griggs; five daughters, Debbie Sackett, Pat Beauchem, Pam Cole, Brenda Winchester, Joyce Brooks; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Maxine Ferguson, Wanda Larson, Erma Mae McCool, Shirley Miller; four brothers, Harrell, E.L., Jerry, Les Griggs; many nieces and nephews.
Farrell was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma; parents, Arthur and Laura Bell Griggs; two sons, Jimmy Fulks and Bo Griggs; and daughter, Starla Fulks.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday September 29, 2011 at Westbrook Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Westbrook Funeral Home with burial in Old Floyd Cemetery.
