Evelyn Busby
Evelyn Busby, 89, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away June 4, 2016. She was born to Verdie Ellis Jones and William Harvey Jones on September 12, 1926. She retired from Franklin Electric and was of the Church of Christ faith.
She was preceded in death by husband A.L. (Clyde) Busby; son Tommy Busby; sister Delpha David; and brothers Elmer, Bill and Dewitt Jones.
Survivors include son James (Pat) Busby; daughter Jackie Goodwin (Otis) of Cabot; grandchildren Allen (Mona) Tucker, David (Tanya) Tucker, Denise Sword (Mark), Brett (Crystal) Busby and Brad Busby, all of Cabot, Shanna Howard (Joey) of Austin, Lance (Rene) Busby of Romance, and Kenny Busby of Beebe; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2016, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Sylvania Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
