Evelyn Britton, age 88 of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away June 18, 2015 at Briarwood Nursing Home. She was born on December 7, 1926 in Mineral Springs, Arkansas; she was the daughter of Walton and Vera Arnold.
Evelyn was co-business owner for Harold's Truck and Auto. She was a member of Stoney Point Methodist Church and enjoyed camping, crocheting, and needlework.
She is preceded in death by her mother Vera Arnold, father Walton Arnold, her brother Herbert Dale Arnold, and stepson Harold Britton Jr.
Survivors include her husband Harold Britton, her daughter Nancy Hastings, her son-in-law Joe Hastings, her sister Sue Ellis, her brother Billy Arnold, her sister-in-law Jimmie Lee Arnold, her grandchildren Rachel Britton, Christian Hastings, Dana Venable, her great grandchildren Joshua Sunwall, Leah Sunwall, Elizabeth Burby, Nicholas Burby, Skylar Hastings, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday June 22, Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
