Evelyn Bilheimer

Evelyn W. Bilheimer, 95, of Little Rock, passed away July 27, 2011. She was born in Fate, Texas to George and Docia Beattie Williamson. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, she was a fourth grade elementary school teacher in the Little Rock School District for over 40 years at Lee Elementary and Ish Elementary, and a member of Second Baptist Church in Little Rock.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George Preston Bilheimer and eight siblings, she is survived by her son, James Stephen Bilheimer and wife, Betty of Galveston, Texas; grandson, Stephen Bilheimer and wife, Denise of Little Rock; granddaughter, Karen Reichman and husband, Dr. Alan Reichman of Houston, Texas; three great-grandchildren, Christian Bilheimer and Lauren Bilheimer, both of Little Rock and Ashley Wood Taylor (Capt. Andy Taylor) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and great-great-granddaughter, Hannah Taylor.
Graveside services will be Friday, July 29 at 9:00 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, officiated by Rev. James Thomason. Visitation will be Thursday evening, July 28 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock.
