Evalena Squires, 77, of Quitman passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016. She was born May 9, 1939 to Ellis and Zelma Huckabee Holmes. She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Cox (Michael); sister, Mary Luckey; brothers, David Holmes (Lois), Mike Freeman (Sharon); aunt, Erma Ripley (Richard) and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Ray Squires and her parents.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1st at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 10201 Highway 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas. Arrangements by Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home.
