Eva Lammers

God loaned Eva Loy Walker Lammers to us eighty-six years ago. He called one of his most precious angels back to heaven Friday, May 14, 2010.
We thank God for giving us such a special person. She was a nurse for many years and loved taking care of people. Quilting, scrabble, word games and cards with her family and friends were favorite pastimes. She loved fishing on the Little Red River. She loved traveling. Israel and Italy were her favorite trips. But most of all, she loved her family.
Eva was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters, Athen Walker, Tom Walker, Wayne Walker, Alberta Quick and Voyne Quick. She is leaving behind her sister and best friend Reva Duncan and her brother, Max Walker. She is also leaving behind the biggest joys of her life, two daughters, Lebeth Lammers and Lesa Lammers; and granddaughter, Danielle Shelby.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Antioch Cemetery.
