Eutha C. Manning age 85 of Arkadelphia died Saturday, May 23, 2009 in Arkadelphia. She was born June 3, 1923 in Clark County the daughter of Louie Mitchel and Lecia Shaw Rogers. She was a seamstress at Vasserette for 22 years and employed by Fafnir Bearing for 4 years. She was a member of the Richwoods Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Manning, her parents and one brother, Arthur Rogers.
Survivors include four children, Betty Holllingshead and husband C. T., Bobby Manning and wife Penny all of Arkadelphia, Jerry Manning and wife Shirley of Maumelle and Mike Manning and wife Jackie of Malvern, siblings, one brother, David Franklin Rogers of Tyler, TX, and two sisters Joyce Strother and husband Lee of Victorville, CA and Mary Ann Dixon and husband Tom of Arkadelphia, grandchildren, Mike Hollingshead of Malvern, Jamie Rogers and husband Coleman of Arkadelphia, Chance Manning and wife April of Morrilton, Julie Newton and husband Brad of Malvern, Laura Harrison and husband Ray Bob of Little Rock, Tony Manning and wife Hanna of Little Rock, and Casey Manning and wife Jessica of Donaldson, great grandchildren, Aaron and Evan Hollingshead of Malvern, Rebecca and Brad Rogers of Arkadelphia, Ethan Howell Manning and Kiera Grace Manning of Morrilton, Rachel Kathryn Newton of Malvern, Peyton and Jackson Manning of Donaldson.
Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Tuesday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel in Arkadelphia with Rev, Scott Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Richwoods Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
