Eugene F. Ferris
Eugene Frank Ferris, 80, of Conway, passed away November 1, 2015. He was born February 18, 1935 in Stanford, Ct to Arthur and Helen Varga Ferris. He retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service and he was also an avid Razorbacks fan and enjoyed going to Tunica.He is survived by five children, Deborah Pearson of Morrilton, Mickie (Jimmy) Brown of North Little Rock, Kenny Ferris of Conway, Gary (Pam) Ferris of Sherwood, and RoseAnn (Russell) Pruitt of Conway; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, and friends. He was preceed in death by his wife of 57 years Louann Ferris, seven brothers and sisters.Visitation will be Thursday at 9:00 a.m. with funeral services at 10:00 a.m. at Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, 1751 Dave Ward Drive. Burial will be at Mayflower Cemetery with military honors. Pallbearers will be Josh Ferris, Blake Ferris, Dustin Eastwood, Sean Williams, Kevin Green and Johnny GreenSpecial thanks to Conway Regional Health Systems and Salem Place Nursing and Rehabilitation for the superior care that was given to Eugene and his family.
