Ethelyn Terry Wilson, 102, of North Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011. She was one of the last remaining descendents of Colonel W. A. Terry, who moved to Bentonville in 1874. He was one of the leading merchants in Bentonville and responsible for building the Terry Building on Bentonville's Square. Mrs. Wilson worked many years as a physician's assistant in Bentonville and Fayetteville. She worked in Public Relations at the McElroy Bank in Fayetteville. Later in life, she worked as a Head Resident at Hendrix College, Conway, Arkansas. She was a member of the Arkansas Chapter X of the P.E.O. Sisterhood.
She is survived by her daughter, Bettie Leah DeRoulhac of North Little Rock; grandson, Dr. Joseph DeRoulhac and wife, Cindy, of Redlands, California; granddaughter, Terry Lyons of North Little Rock; three great-grandchildren, Jennifer Hart of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Rob Lyons of Sherwood and Christina DeRoulhac of New York, New York; four great-great- granddaughters: Katie, Karlee, Karaline & Abalynn. Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Ruby De Shong Terry; son-in-law, Joe DeRoulhac; and brother, Frank Terry.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday in Bentonville Memorial Cemetery, Bentonville, Arkansas.
