Ethel Mae Forster, 88, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, May 23, 2016. She was born May 11, 1928 in Little Rock, Arkansas to John D. and Mary M. Cash Lankford.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Nixon (Joe); son, Eddie Forster (Suzy); grandchildren, Travis Nixon (Shannon), Mike Nixon (Kellie), Josh Forster, Stacy Forster; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; half brother, Clarence Lankford; half sister, Mary Lankford and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Forster; parents; and sisters, Ruth Finch and Edith Guthrie.
Her family would like to give a special thanks to Woodland Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation of Jacksonville for their loving care.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 27 at Arkansas Memorial Gardens, 8507 Highway 161, NLR. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 26 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
