Ernestine Reeves

Ernestine B. Reeves, 91, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019. She was born June 7, 1927 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Ernest and Eva Brown. She was a proud longtime member of Gardner Memorial United Methodist Church, a 1945 graduate of North Little Rock High School, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Brock (Ed)of Bennett, Colorado, Lisa Smith (Randy) of North Little Rock, Beverly Rezadad (Abdi), Lewisville, Texas and Albert B. Reeves of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; grandchildren, Kenny Brock (Angie), Jeffrey Brock, Roya Rezadad (Alec Parker), and Cameron Rezadad; great-grandchild, Natalie Brock; great-great-grandchild, Ivy Brock; and nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 58 years, Albert Reeves.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Rev. Candace Barron, the staff at St. Vincent CVICU and Cornerstone Specialty Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gardner Memorial United Methodist Church, 1723 Schaer Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114.

A visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2019 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Gardner Memorial United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Edgewood Memorial Park.
