She is preceded in death by her husband, William Sims Madding; one daughter, Barbara Jean House; two brothers, Wandle Chamblee, Dewey Chamblee, and two sisters, Frances James Chamblee and Syble Moline Chamblee.
Emma is survived by one daughter, Geneva Vance of Forrest City; one brother, Joe Chamblee of Ward; one sister, Laura Eubanks of Morrilton; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
