Emma Jean (Lord) Abbott, 81, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2007.
She is survived by her sons, Kenneth F. Abbott, Jr. and wife, Christine of Cabot, James G. Abbott and wife, Suziee, of Russellville, Donald E. Abbott and wife, Tamara, of Jacksonville and Randle B. Abbott and wife, Diana, of Jacksonville; daughter, Robin R. Coggins and husband, James C. of Grand Canyon, Arizona; eighteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; brother, James Blaine Lord, Jr., of Jacksonville and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Franklin Abbott, Sr.; sister, Norma Joan Haynes and her parents, James Blaine Sr. and Emma Amelia Mayes Lord.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 P.M., Tuesday April 10, 2007 at Bayou Meto Baptist Church. Burial will be in Sumner Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M., Tuesday at the church. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170.
