Emily "Emiloye" Welch

Emily "Emiloye" Welch, age 65, of Hot Springs, passed from this life on Friday, February 7, 2014. She was born on December 7, 1948 at Hot Springs, the daughter of Thomas Welch and Otha Dunlap Welch. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Curtis Welch. Emily was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Dierks and a retired insurance agent. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by her son, Chad Kulavick of Crown Point, Indiana; her special friend, Dr. Robert Bailey of Hot Springs; one sister-in-law, Winnie Welch of DeQueen; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Sheryl Welch of Glenwood, Larry and Joy Welch of Glenwood and Gary and Alvarene Welch of Dierks; one sister and brother-in-law, Lou Ann and Clarence Huddleston of Dierks; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 10, 2014, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Bro. Larry Welch and Bro. Gary Welch officiating. Visitation will be Monday, 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will be in the Lodi Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Terry Welch, Robert Huddleston, Richard Huddleston, Brandon Welch, Joshua Welch and Ricky Godwin. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
