E. Sue Davis, 90, of Little Rock passed away on June 2, 2021. She was born May 18, 1931 in Caddo Gap, Arkansas to the late Leonard W. Thomas and Ozzlle Betts Thomas.
Sue was preceded her in death by her parents, her husband, Lynn A. Davis; two sisters, Wanda Theus and Reba Baskin; and one brother, Jimmy Thomas.
She is survived by three children, Tony Davis of Little Rock, Kristi Davis of Little Rock and Clay Davis of Minot, North Dakota; three grandchildren, Ross Davis of Grand Junction, Colorado, Nathan Davis and wife Heidi of North Little Rock, and Lydia Lilje of Little Rock. Only two weeks ago, Sue enjoyed her 90th birthday with a big party thrown at her house with over 30 family members and loved ones in attendance. Days later, she was already planning her next milestone birthday party!
Sue loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends very much. She also enjoyed playing bridge with her friends. Her family is grateful to have a lifetime of memories of her ‘tell-it-like-it-is personality,’ her famous fried chicken and zest for life
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
