Elfriede Higgins

Elfriede Higgins, 92, passed away on June 21, 2022. She was born in Vienna, Austria on November 16, 1929 to Peter and Anna Cerny.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Anne Cerny; husband, Cecil Higgins; and her beloved Shih Tzu dog “Peppy”.

Elfriede is survived by her son, Peter Higgins; and friends.

She worked at Skaggs-Alpha Beta and retired from the North Little Rock School District.  She enjoyed casinos and slot machines.  Elfriede enjoyed a good meal, margaritas and loved to eat-out often.  She was of the Catholic Faith.

Graveside service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, June 27, 2022 at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
