Eleanor Hase

Eleanor Louise Hase, 81, of Little Rock, widow of Patrick Hase, passed away on July 7, 2009. Born April 1, 1928 in Hominy, Oklahoma to David and Vernice Watts McCamey, she graduated from Southwest Adventist College in 1949. She was an accountant by profession and worked for Ardmore Hospital, the Arkansas-Louisiana Conference in Little Rock, Arkansas Best Freight and for a local opthamologist and a local chiropractor. She went to Africa twice, working at the U.S. Embassy and was married there in the Embassy. Eleanor was a member of and very active in the Little Rock Seventh Day Adventist Church as an organist and pianist and in Pathfinders.
She is survived by two sisters, Velma Snyder of California and Patricia DeCamp of Kansas, two nephews, a niece, two great-nieces and nephews and a cousin.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Little Rock Seventh Day Adventist Church, 8700 N. Rodney Parham on Saturday, August 8 at 4:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Don Fortner. Memorial contributions may be made to the Little Rock Seventh Day Adventist Church Building Fund or Organ & Piano Fund.
