Eldon Hamm

Eldon L. Hamm, age 78, of Okolona died February 14, 2017. He was born August 21, 1938 in Clark County, the son of Frank and Myrtle Francis Hamm. He retired as chief of the survey section of the Corps of Engineers and a member of Third Street Baptist Church. He preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Gaye Hamm.

Survivors include his wife Patsy Kimbrell Hamm; one son, Desmond Hamm and his wife Shawna of Cabot; one daughter, Shari Campbell of Mayflower; one brother, Sammie Hamm of Malvern; two granddaughters, Paige Cook and Devin Hamm; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 1:00 pm until service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to CARTI, P.O. Box 55011, Little Rock, AR 72215 or Third Street Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Patrick Cook, Doug Crow, Reid Ledbetter, Jerry Howard, Josh Hall and Johnny Masey. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Wingfield, Johnny Neel, Louis Kealer, Roger Lane and Phil Ratliff.
