Elaya Ann Cooper

Elaya Ann Cooper, age 4, of Hot Springs, went to her heavenly home on March 18, 2023.  She was born on October 23, 2018, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Elaya was preceded in death by her “PawPaw”, Derrick Belton, Sr., and great grandmother, Tracey Griffin.

Loving survivors include her mother, Liz Hill; father, Corey Cooper; her “Gannie”, Carrie Fischer; one uncle, Derrick Belton, Jr.; one aunt, Derriana Belton; her teachers, Ms. Courtney, Ms. Demi, Ms. Kinyoda, Ms. Martina and Ms. Jasmin; her two best friends, Kay Kay and Monte; and a host of extended family and others that loved her dearly.

A celebration of Elaya’s life will be held at Smith Family Funeral Home in Hot Springs at a later date.
