Edwin Hoyt

Edwin George Hoyt Jr., 85, of Sherwood, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2009. He was born September 5, 1923 in Little Rock to the late Edwin G. and Grace Rohlman Hoyt. He worked as a clerk for Rock Island Railroad for 44 years and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He was also a member of V.F.W.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Hoyt, of Sherwood; son, William C. ?Chuck? Hoyt and wife, Deborah, of Little Rock; grandson, Eric C. Hoyt of Little Rock; a brother, William F. Hoyt, of Starkville, MS; a sister, Sabina Lukaszewicz, of North Little Rock; and several nieces, nephew, and extended family. He was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Downing.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Little Rock. The Rosary will be 6:00 P.M. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
