Survivors include parents, Earnest and Margaret Norman; son, Sidney; brothers: Randy, Elbert and Lynn Norman; and Suzanne Duty and family, Chad, Jennifer, Ava, Noah, Brian, Stephanie, Lily and Dakota. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM followed by a funeral at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 17 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.
