Edward Haslip
Edward "Eddie" Haslip, age 67, of Ward went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 6, 2016. He was a United States Air Force Veteran, Vietnam Veteran, and a life long member of the Fred A. Harrell VFW, Post 7769 in Beebe. Eddie will be remembered for many things, especially his humorous one liners, great ability to listen, care and lead.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Haslip (Shauna) of Ward; grandson, Alexander; granddaughters, Moira, Mairead, and Morrighan; siblings, Barbara Judkins (Glen), Richard Haslip (Vicki) and Melissa Mullins.
Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Martha Jean (Hill) Haslip; son, Jerimy Haslip and brother, Billy Haslip.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Smith -Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
