Edward "Ed" Tigue
Edward “Ed” Tigue, age 82, of Amity passed away on April 1, 2024. He was born May 28, 1941, in Amity, Arkansas to Frank and Barbara (Watts) Tigue.
Other than his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his brothers, James Tigue, Wesley Tigue, Floyd Tigue, and Rufus Tigue; sisters, Della Henthorne, Helen Spears, and Barbara Lou Cox; his second wife, Mary Tigue; son, Franklin Guy Tigue; and daughter, Melissa Tigue.
Loving survivors include his sons, Gene Tigue, James Edward Tigue, George Raymond Tigue, and Frankey Tigue; daughter, Janelle Goodwin (Bob); daughter-in-law, Faye Tigue; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, April 5, 2024, at Smith Family Funeral Home in Glenwood.
A celebration of Ed’s life will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Smith Family Funeral Home in Glenwood.
Burial will follow at Coker Cemetery.
