Edsel Wayne Lamproe, 67 of Little Rock passed away on November 11, 2009 in Little Rock. He was born on August 31, 1942 in Rudy, Arkansas; he was the son of James and Goldie Lamproe.
Edsel was a retired truck driver for Pulaski County Road and Bridge Department, and was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Survivors include a wife of forty years, Laranell Lamproe, three daughters Teresa Davis, Rebecca Lamproe, and Jessica Tilley; grandchildren Rachael and Jonathan Mainers; Aidan and Aieriona Tilley; Casey and Dakota Thomas, Brett Davidson, and Jessie Marie Lamproe;a host of brother in laws and sister in laws of forty years. a brother J.R. Lamproe; sisters Frances Roberts and Linda Downes; nieces and nephew in law Ricky and Rhonda Shepherd and daughter Desiree; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Upchurch Cemetery in Saline County with Garland Cole officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday at Huson Funeral Home in Little Rock.
