Edna Francis age 58 of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at her home. She was born June 22, 1950 in Francis, Oklahoma the daughter of the late Arvel E. and Janey Lorene Knighten Trammel. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and worked with Doug's Grocery in Gurdon.
Survivors include her husband, of twenty-eight years, Harold Francis; two sons, Toby D. Jones and wife, Missy of Arkadelphia; Ronnie Francis of Hot Springs; two daughters, Shelly Loy of Bismarck; Christy Wilson of Gurdon; four brothers, Eugene Trammel of Malvern; Travis Trammel and Harold Trammel both of Caney; Eddie Trammel of Bismarck; one sister, Phyllis Cook of Okolona; ten grandchildren and a very special pet, Dodie Francis.
The family will receive friends at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in memory of Edna Francis on Friday, January 23, 2009 from 2-4 PM.
