Edna Bell

Edna Marie Bell, age 88, of Mountain Pine went home to be with Jesus on January 14 2025.

She was born May 20 1936 in Oppelo Arkansas. She was the daughter of Theodore and Leslie Rorie. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband JW Bell, and four sisters, Erma O’Dell, Melba Dailey, Margaret Chambers and Ida Isom.

She was a member of Mountain Pine Assembly of God Church where she taught Sunday school for many years. If the church doors were open she was going to be there! She loved worshiping her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was an avid Bible reader and a prayer warrior. She loved canning foods and making delicious meals. She loved helping people, if you needed someone to talk to she was there with love and godly counsel. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her greatest joy was spending time with her granddaughter Tori and grandson Chase. She loved fussing at her husband of 60 years and keeping him on his toes.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Tina Bell of Donaldson; two grandchildren, Victoria and Shawn LeBouef of Conway and Chase Bell of Benton; two great-grandchildren, Braydon Pieper and Amelia LeBouef of Conway; extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Honorary Pallbearers are: The staff of Quapaw Nursing and Rehab, her beloved church family, and Dr. Timothy English.

Visitation will be Friday January 17, 2025 at 1:00pm at Mountain Pine Assembly of God with funeral services following at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Hughes Cemetery in Mountain Pine, AR.
