Edith Tedder Berry

Edith Tedder Berry, age 84, of Alexander, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022.

She was born on September 30, 1937, in Dierks, the daughter of William Henry Davis and Alvia Pate Davis. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rex Terry; her second husband, Richard Berry; four sisters, Gladys Middleton, Marie Kirkpatrick, Virginia Fagan and Phyllis Swogger; and one brother, Reece Davis.

Edith enjoyed watching birds and taking care of her flowers.

She is survived by four sons, Gary Tedder and Robert Tedder, both of Clarks Hill, Indiana, Steve Tedder of Algona, Washington and David Tedder of Alexander; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; her sister, Sheila Montgomery of Glenwood; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in the Mount Joy Cemetery with Bro. Teddy Frye officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home, Glenwood.
