Eddie Ray Webb age 56 of the Curtis Community near Arkadelphia died Sunday, November 15, 2009. He was born July 6, 1953 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas the son of the late Willie and Annie Inez Faulkner Webb. Eddie was a 1971 graduate of Arkadelphia High School, a heavy equipment operator and served in the Arkadelphia unit of the 95th Division of the U. S. Army Reserve. He was the pit master and caterer for Fat Boy's Restaurant at Caddo Valley and an avid outdoorsman. He was a member of Terre Noire Hunting Club Bell Camp and enjoyed participating in BBQ competition. One brother Thomas E. Webb and one sister, Patsy Warrick preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Susie Sinyard Webb; one daughter Ashley Collins and husband, Seth of Okolona, AR; one brother, Billy Webb and wife, Sandy of Benton, AR; two sisters, Hankey Gwin of Pine Bluff, AR; Linda Harris and husband, Frank of Rowland, AR; father and mother-n-law, L. A. and Darlene Sinyard of Hope, AR; sister-n-law, Sandy Dougan and husband, Jack of Emmett, AR; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the Davidson Campground near Hollywood with Rev. James Guthrie and Tony Bell officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Pallbearers will be Dennis Rowe, Ricky Arnold, Jake Alexander, Freddy Young, Jack Lee, Barry Clark, Scott Crawley and Tony Bell. Honorary pallbearers are members of the Terre Noire Hunting Club Bell Camp. Memorials may be made to Clark County 4-H 640 S. 6th St. Suite B Arkadelphia, AR. 71923.
