Eddie Crossen

Eddie G. Crossen, 62, of Austin, Arkansas, went to be with his Lord on September 5, 2016. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad after many years of service. Eddie also served in the Arkansas National Guard and was a Baptist. Eddie loved to tinker with everything, a master of all trades.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Sue "Susie" Crossen of Austin; his mother, Mary Crossen of Beebe; one daughter, Shannon Mason of Little Rock; one son, Eric Crossen of Hardy; one granddaughter, Hailey (Dillon) Runyan of Austin; one grandson, Gregg Parvin of Searcy; brothers and sisters Harold (Hallene) Crossen of Beebe, Chester (Pat) Crossen of Colt, Freddie (Pat) Crossen of Searcy, Freida Crossen Callahan and Roger Crossen, both of Beebe.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Crossen, and one brother, Harley Eugene Crossen.

A celebration of Eddie's life will be at McRae Community Center Thursday, September 8, 2016, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
