Earline Langley

Earline Vann Langley age 82 passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012 at her home. She was born September 13, 1929 in Sparkman, Arkansas the daughter of Alver Brown and Martha Ann Hogue Vann. She was a member of Sparkman Assembly of God Church. Earline loved to fish especially with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Martha Jean Langley; three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-two years, Walter Langley; one son, Wayne Langley and wife, Sherry of Carthage, Arkansas; two daughters, Annette Draper and husband, Kenny of Malvern, Wanda Lawrence of Tulip; eight grandchildren, Kenny Wayne Langley, Angel Ray, Amanda Jones, Stephanie Gifford, Kitty Bass, Scotty Langley, Michelle Williams and Jason Langley; three step-grandchildren, Kenny Draper Jr., Joe Draper and Denise Davis; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great grandchild on the way; eleven step great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins including one special niece, Ann Rhodes; and one special cousin, Frankie Kratz.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 17th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Bro. Marvin Launius, Bro. Phil Matthews and Bro. Jerry George officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery near Sparkman. Pallbearers will be Matt Gifford, Casey Jones, Matt Williams, Kendall Ray, Jeremy Bass, Kenny Draper Jr., Joe Draper and Keith Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Draper, Dale Rhodes, Mike Lawrence, Dr. Higginbotham, Bro. Phil Matthews and Odyssey Hospice. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
