Earl Sinclair Parmer, 81, of Ashdown, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
He was born September 14, 1941, in Emmett, Arkansas, to Samuel Melvin Parmer and Gracie Roach Parmer.
Earl was a loving husband and father who worked as an engineer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joyce Tong Parmer; his son, Richard Parmer; his four daughters, Sonda Preston, Consonna Capps, Kristi Trotter and Wendy Ziggler; twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home with a funeral service to immediately follow at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Ashdown Cemetery in Ashdown, Arkansas.
Arrangements are entrusted to Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home, 517 Clay Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas 71923.
