Earl Holt

Earl Wilson Holt passed away August 23, 2022.  He was born March 9, 1924, to the late Marcus and Lilly Holt, in McRae, Arkansas. 

He spent his life growing up and living in McRae until the past few years where he was a resident of the Beebe Retirement Center.  Earl was a Veteran of the US Army, entering into service November 3, 1942, serving during World War II.

He is survived by his children, Earlene Poole of San Antonio Texas, Daryl Holt of San Antonio Texas, Rita Sanders and husband Billy Mack of Gulfport, Mississippi, Kathy Liles and Tim Liles of McRae, Timothy Holt and Debbie Holt of McRae, and Ted Holt and Keena Holt of Hermitage, Arkansas.  Also surviving are brothers Glen Holt of Michigan and Derryl Holt of McRae, and many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Marcus and Lilly Holt; brothers, Harvey, Mark and Don Holt; and sister, Geraldine Holt Williams. 

Visitation will be Saturday, August 27^th from 2:00-3:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home Chapel, Beebe.  Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery.  Arrangements by Smith Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
