Duane Richard Hujanen, age 68 of Arkadelphia died Tuesday March 24, 2015. He was born June 20, 1946 in Virginia, Minnesota, the son of Ahti and Viola Halonen Hujanen.
He was a retired supervisor for International Paper , A missile instructor in the U.S. Army, and had a passion for horses.
Survivors are his wife Debbie Eakin Hujanen of Arkadelphia, two daughters; Angie Key, and Christy Johnston both of Hot Springs, two brothers, Alvin (Florette) Hujanen of Roseville, MN and Kenneth (Pam) Hujanen of Middleton, WI, and one sister Jean Flood of Duluth MN. , five grandchildren, Taylor Burroughs of Hot Springs, Christian, Sydney, and Madison Hujanen all of Arkadelphia, and Maximus Johnston of Hot Spirngs, and many nieces and nephews. He was a good father and grandfather.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Virginia, MN.
