Dr. Othello H Miller

Othello "O.T." Howard Miller, 79, of Little Rock, Arkansas left to be with his heavenly father July 16, 2022.  He was born on August 10, 1942 in Ferda, Arkansas to Abraham and Odessa Miller.  He accepted Christ at an early age and as an adult became a teacher and student of the Word as he drew closer to the Lord.

Although he was stricken with Polio at 16, that didn't deter him from pursuing and obtaining a professional career in Dentistry; that became his Ministry.  As patients would come to him in fear, he would take time to sit, talk, and pray with them.  Often patients left with more than just having dental work completed; they left with scriptures in hand and sometimes a reading assignment.

Aside from work and studying the Word, he enjoyed fishing, old western movies, driving (across country and Canada), spontaneous picnics at scenic parks, playing Chess and Dominoes, and of course his favorite song: "The Spirit of Christmas" by Ray Charles.

Othello was preceded in death by his parents, Abraham and Odessa Miller, a brother, Abraham Jr., as well as 2 sisters, LaRue Miller and Thressa Cason.  Survivors include his wife, Vera Miller; daughter, Colette Miller Starks; son, Othello Howard Miller III; grandchildren, Kaleigh Willis, Keanu Starks, Bryanna Kai Starks, & Kalani Starks; great grandchildren, Liam Davis, Nia, Kain, Ava Starks, Mya, and Dru Moore, Lydia and Irie Willis, and Vera Starks; sisters, Delois Irby, Glenda Sharpe; brothers, Joe Miller, Odell Miller, Glenn Miller, Larry Miller; and many other friends and family members.
