Doyle McCullar

Doyle Wayne McCullar Sr., 69, of Sherwood passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016. He was born October 24, 1946 in what was known as Little River, Arkansas near Osceola, to the late Kay Parr and Zora Beatrice Chism McCullar. He was in the Auto Industry for over45 years and owned his own auto dealership for 16 of those, having worked at Gwatney Jacksonville and Mike Baker Nissan in Searcy. He was an avid Razorbacks and Dallas Cowboy fan, and enjoyed being on Greers Ferry Lake with family. Doyle was a family man, dependable, a rock for his family and loved his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Handley McCullar; sons, Doyle Wayne McCullar Jr. (Daniel Foy) of San Francisco, California, Michael Wade McCullar (Wendy), Eron Matthew McCullar (Kim); grandchildren, Kenzie Alyse McCullar, Chase Alexander McCullar, Ava Grace McCullar and Hayden Matthew McCullar, all of Sherwood and his brother, Gerald McCullar, of Peoria, Illinois.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 9th, 2016 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Reception will follow services.
