Dorothy Mae Roberts, 80, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away April 19, 2018, in her home surrounded by her loving daughters.
Dorothy attended Carlisle High School where she was voted "Most Athletic" and loved playing basketball.
She worked for Wal-Mart in Searcy for twenty-one years and formed great friendships with her co-workers Debbie Kellems and Debbie Nixon.
Dorothy was an avid bird watcher. She loved working in her yard and grew beautiful azaleas. She passed away knowing they were in full bloom right outside her front door.
She is preceded in death by her husband of forty-two years, Bob Roberts; her mother, Mary Ina Rogers; and father Espie Dae Rogers of Crossroads; two brothers, Delbert Rogers and Paul Rogers.
She is survived by her three daughters, Tammy Roberts (Calvin Stinger) of Conway, Janet Roberts Gershner (Greg) of Alma, and Kim Roberts (Scott Finney) of Rockwall, Texas; six adoring grandchildren, Tiffany Taylor, Grace Tolliver, Trey Gibson, Grant Gershner, Zach Tucker and Aubrey Tucker; seven great grandchildren, Darby, Jude, Presleigh, Logan, Jett, Olivia and Sophia.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
