Dorothy V. "Dot" Suggs Miller of Little Rock, passed away July 8, 2008 at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. She was born February 20, 1932 in Delight, Arkansas the daughter of Calvin and Charlsie Hurst Suggs. Ms Miller graduated in 1949 from Arkadelphia High School. She was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company with over 40 years of service. "Momma D" loved her grandchildren and traveled after her retirement in 1991.
Ms. Miller was a beloved mother and grandmother and is survived by one daughter Lieutenant Colonel Jane Ellen Miller Bagwell of Charlottesville, VA, two sons, John Miller of Maumelle and Jim Miller and wife Beth of Little Rock, six grandchildren, Lindsey, Brittany, Courtney, Hannah, Joshua and Jonathan.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Friday, July 11, 2008 in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Bro. Chris Myers officiating with burial in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
