Dorothy Irene Kellar, 99, of Little Rock, widow of Lloyd E. Kellar, passed away December 24, 2010. She was born in Oil City, Louisiana on March 22, 1911. Preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, parents, one sister and one brother, she is survived by one son, Wayne Kellar and wife, Anita Middleton-Kellar of Little Rock, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She retired from the Charles F. Curry Co. and was an active member of Winfield Methodist Church and Doorkeepers Class. She was honored for service as a volunteer of the American Red Cross and was a member of the Eastern Star Ester Chapter 217. She was an accomplished china painter, and enjoyed fishing, sewing and cards.
Graveside services will be held at South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross.
