Dorothy Lucille (Lucy) Partin Johnson of North Little Rock passed away Monday, November 12, 2012. She was born July 22, 1923 in Hill Township, Arkansas to Pierce and Carrie Skinner. She was a Christian, a member of First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock and the owner of Mark's Air Conditioning.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Johnson; daughter, Judy Brown (Ronny); granddaughter, Jana Harris (Pat) and grandson, Bryan Brown; great-grandchildren, Hayley and Hannah Harris, Collins and Bryson Brown; and four step children. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Truman Skinner; and her husband, Mark Partin.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 6701 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116 or Highland Valley United Methodist Church, 15524 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Crestlawn Cemetery in Conway. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to service time at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
