Dorothy Louella Hartwick age 84, of North Little Rock went to be with our Lord on April 20th, 2015. She was born on January 21, 1931 to late parents, Lonnie and Edith Smith, in Hot Spring, Arkansas. She attended Central High school in Little Rock. Dorothy was married to the late Dayron J. Hartwick of North Little Rock, where they were members of the First United Methodist Church.

She loved to cook and care for her family. She enjoyed a card club with dear friends for many years. Her greatest joy came through the love of her family. Everyone was greeted with a smile and usually a delicious homemade meal or dessert.

Dorothy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, generous with her time and love.

She was preceded in death by three brothers Troy, Lonnie, and Charles Smith one sister Vangie Wells, of North Little Rock and one Granddaughter, Taylor Phelps of Charleston, AR.

Dorothy is survived by her three children Dian Johnson and her husband Jamey Lisa Conley and her husband Marty and her devoted son, Charles (Chuck) Morgan

Step-sons, Bill Morgan and Lynn Hartwick, Step-daughters, Nancy Morgan and Linda Curran and fourteen grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
