Dorothy Gibson, 82, died Sunday, January 22, 2006 in the Lakewood Nursing Home in North Little Rock. She was born May 1, 1923 in Gurdon, AR the daughter of the late Charles Rowland and Mary Etta Robinson Duncan. She was a housewife and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Gibson.
Survivors include one son, Lee Everett Gibson of Okolona; two daughters, Linda Walls and Betty Hagins both of North Little Rock; one brother, Rev. Jewell Duncan of Taylor, AR; one sister, Mary Gibson of Arkadelphia; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Monday, January 23, 2006 in Rose Hill Cemetery near Beirne with Rev. Jewell Duncan officiating. Interment under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home
