Dorothy Fitzpatrick

Dorothy L. Woods Fitzpatrick, 91, of Beebe, Arkansas went to be with her Lord December 6, 2016. She was a retired accountant for Boeing and former owner of The McCrory Leader and the Augusta Advocate. She retired from Walmart as a cashier at age 87. Dorothy was a member of Open Arms Assembly of God.

She is survived by two grandchildren, Kimberly Voelz and Carrie Hunter, both of St. Augustine, Florida; four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, Raymond Mills of Beebe, James Mills of Sturgis, Mississippi and Jesse Mills of Jacksonville; and one sister, Sylveen Ballard of Beebe.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Silvia Mills; two husbands, William Woods and Jack Fitzpatrick; one son, William D. Woods; two grandchildren; and eight brothers and sisters.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Sylvania Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
