Doris Oliver

Doris Ella Washburn Oliver, of Floyd, Arkansas, passed from this life to Heaven on September 13, 2015. Doris was born March 20, 1937, in Floyd, Arkansas, to Carl and Lorene (Moore) Washburn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Brooks. She is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Fred Oliver; sons Steve (Tina) Oliver of Houston, Texas, Scott (Tonya) Oliver of San Antonio, Texas; grandsons Chase and Logan Oliver of Houston, Texas; sister Janet (Don) Hill of Floyd; sister-in-law, Relda Washburn of Conway; and several nieces and nephews.
Doris was an active member of Floyd First Baptist Church and Floyd Extension Homemakers Club. She loved quilting and gardening. Her greatest loves were the Lord and her family.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Peanut Ridge Road.
