Doris Breeding
Doris Ann (King) Breeding, 74, of Sherwood passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009. She was a retired school teacher, a member of North Little Rock Women's Club, Daughters of the American Revolution, a member of Park Hill Baptist Church and active in the "Heart Strings" musical group.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Lisa Breeding, of Fayetteville; daughter and son-in-law, Heidi and John Bettis, of Benton; two brothers, John T. King, of Pampa, Texas and Albert King, of Tennessee; and five grandchildren, Weslee, Nathan, Samuel, Sarah and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her husband, of 39 years, Kenneth Wright Breeding; son, Kenneth Brian Breeding and grandson, Noah Wright Bettis.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 2222, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday at Park Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
