Dora "Polly" Pauline Bascue

Dora "Polly" Pauline Bascue, 82, of Little Rock, passed away from this life on July 13, 2022 at Hospice Home Care. Born in Atkins, Arkansas to Shady and Dortha Willcutt Standridge, Polly was the 4th child out of 9 siblings.

Polly is preceded in death by her infant son, Terry Dwayne Bascue; her parents; siblings Thelma Dixon of Russellville, AR., Shirley Bascue of Little Rock, AR., Paul Standridge of Pine Bluff, AR., Jack Standridge, and Gary Standridge, both of Little Rock, AR.

She is survived by her siblings Harold Standridge, Jane Campbell, and Ron Standridge (Shirley) all of Little Rock, AR., and a host of extended family and friends.

Polly retired from Teletype Corporation after 27 years of service and was a member of the telephone Pioneers. She was a member of Bingham Road Baptist Church. She will be remembered for her chicken and dumplings at family gatherings.

Visitation will be from 10:00-11:30 AM, Monday, July 18, 2022 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Graveside service is scheduled for 12:00 PM at Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
