Dora Clark
Dora Frances Clark, 79, of Sherwood, passed away March 21, 2015. She was the loving spouse of Marlen Clark, Sr. who passed away on June 28, 2014. Dora loved crossword puzzles, fishing, and her dogs, especially Lil Bit. Most of all, she loved her family.
Dora left behind to remember her, four children, Frances Smith of Sherwood, Cathy McMurl and husband, "Mac" of Oklahoma, Charles Smith of Georgia and Wayne Smith and wife, Peggy of Sherwood; two brothers, Melvin Jones and wife, Beth, Elroy Jones and wife, Flo, both of Texas; and a sister, Virginia Springer and husband, Emmett of Conway. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Smith, parents, William and Estelle Jones and husband, Marlen Clark.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 26 from 5-7 p.m. at Sherwood Funeral Home, 7515 Warden Rd., Sherwood. Services will be Friday, March 27 at 12:00 noon at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Rev. Jamie Harrell. Interment will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
