Donna Day Duggan, born August 1, 1945 in Blytheville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the age of 66. She is survived by her husband, Alex Duggan of North Little Rock, Arkansas; her children, Laura Wallace and spouse, Scott of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Charlotte Fosburgh and spouse, Roger of Maumelle, Arkansas, Arthur "AJ" Duggan, Jr. of San Francisco, California, Darla Duggan of Utrecht, Netherlands, and Cynthia Duggan of Brooklyn, New York; step-daughter, Tracey Frattaroli and spouse, Chris of Dallas, Texas; five grandchildren, Parker and Dylan Wallace of Fort Smith, and Raine, Canyon and Cole Fosburgh of Maumelle; and one brother, Mark Day and spouse, Christy of Maumelle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Doris Day of Blytheville, Arkansas.
Donna was a 1963 graduate of Blytheville High School and attended Arkansas State Teachers College in Conway, Arkansas. She was self-employed as a legal transcriptionist. She was a LifeMaster duplicate bridge player and avid sports fan, who especially loved watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and New Orleans Saints.
She was a very caring, loving, beautiful lady who always put the needs of others before her own, always trying to give to those less fortunate. She loved her family and spending time with everyone playing games, laughing and loving life.
We will miss her sense of humor and wit, but most of all, we will miss her laughter and passion for life and family.
